What is BuyFlow?
BuyFlow is an autonomous AI procurement platform. It sources suppliers, compares quotes, and negotiates better deals within the rules you set — then routes the final decision back to your team for a one-click approval.
How does the AI negotiation work?
You set guardrails (budget, terms, quantities). BuyFlow opens negotiations with shortlisted suppliers, counters on your behalf within those limits, and locks in savings. Every step is logged in a transparent audit trail.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your procurement data is encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per organization, and never used to train shared models. You stay in control of every order.
Which tools does BuyFlow integrate with?
BuyFlow connects to common ERP, accounting, and comms tools — including NetSuite, SAP Ariba, QuickBooks, Coupa, Workday, Slack, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 — so it works inside your existing process.
How do I get access?
